JEREMY ALMON, MD
Dr. Almon was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He earned his undergraduate degree in Zoology at Oklahoma State University and medical degree at University of Oklahoma. He also went to OU for his residency in Anesthesiology. He has been board certified in Anesthesiology since 2016 and joined Affiliated in 2020. He and his wife, Amy, currently live in Oklahoma City with their two daughters, Kinsley and Ava. Away from work, he enjoys his family time, traveling and playing golf.
LANDON COLDIRON, MD
My name is Landon Coldiron. Growing up I moved around quite a bit, but I consider Dallas, TX and eastern NC home. However, the longer I stay in OKC, the more it feels like home! I attended medical school at East Carolina University, and completed my training in anesthesiology at UT Southwestern in Dallas. I love being an anesthesiologist and the wide variety of patients/conditions we encounter on a daily basis. It's a priveledge to be trusted by patients and their families to get them through their procedures as safely and as comfortably as possible. This is a responsibility that I cherish and do not take lightly. I'm confident that the same can be said about all of my colleagues at Affiliated Anesthesiologists. We truly have a great group of physicians.
TOMMY COOKE, MD
Thomas Cooke is a third-generation physician and joined Affiliated Anesthesiologists in 2019. He received both his bachelor and medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his residency at the University of Kansas in 2017 where he served as chief resident. He is an avid sports fan, reader, and traveler. His wife, Molly, is an interior designer and business owner. They welcomed their first child, Oscar, in 2020.
JUSTIN DAVIS, MD
Justin Davis joined Affiliated in 2014. He grew up in Edmond, OK and graduated from The University of Oklahoma in 2006 and continued on with OU Medical school, graduating in 2010. He completed his residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He is board certified in anesthesiology, and is a proud member of the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists and American Society of Anesthesiologists. Justin Davis is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors. He and his wife, Jessica, enjoy leading Bright Sky Ministry, a local nonprofit that assists foster children and families with essential items.
MARK GOODMAN, MD
Dr. Goodman joined Affiliated Anesthesiologists in 2008. He grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Davidson College before attending the University of Oklahoma for medical school. He completed his anesthesiology residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiologists and is a proud member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists. He currently serves as the medical director for the operating room at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City. Dr. Goodman is married with 2 kids. He enjoys tennis and traveling.
STEPHEN HEIMBACH, MD
Stephen Heimbach joined Affiliated in February, 2018. Steve grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from OU in 1989, OU College of Medicine in 1993, and residency at OU in 1997. Prior to joining Affiliated, he was an assistant professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at OU Medical Center where he was the Associate Residency Program Director and Director of student education in the anesthesiology department. Dr. Heimbach has been a board examiner for the American Board of Anesthesiology since 2015 and is a member of the American and the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists. He and his wife, Tracie, have raised 4 beautiful daughters and now get to spoil 2 energetic grandsons. Dr. Heimbach loves attending sporting events, particularly OU football games. He is also an avid hockey fan, favoring the Edmonton Oilers and Dallas Stars. He and Tracie also love trail riding, traveling, scuba diving, and RV camping.
BENNETT FULLER, MD
Bennett Fuller joined Affiliated in 1990, just after completing his residency. He grew up in Oklahoma City, and attended OU, receiving a B.S. in Microbiology in 1982, and his M.D. at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1986. Dr. Fuller is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist, and has enjoyed continuous membership in the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists (OSA), and ASA. Bennett and his wife have two grown daughters who both live locally with their families, and each have begun professional dental practices. Subsequently, Mercy is now home to a third generation of Fullers in the health professions. In addition to practicing anesthesiology, Dr. Fuller, for most of his career, served on Mercy Medical Staff Committees. His longest tenure is on the Credentials Committee, but has also served as Chair of the Anesthesia Section, Chair of the Department of Surgery, and was elected as the Mercy Chief-of-Staff for the years 2018 and 2019.
JAMIE KOCH, MD
Jamie Koch joined Affiliated Anesthesiologists in 2015. He grew up in Oklahoma, graduating from The University of Oklahoma for both his undergraduate and graduate medical education and completing his Anesthesia residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City. He is board certified by the ABA and a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists. Dr. Koch is married and he and his wife enjoy traveling, hiking, and being involved with their church.
KEN MASON, MD
Ken Mason joined Affiliated in 2017. He grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1986. He continued on with The University of Oklahoma Medical School graduating in 1990. He completed his residency at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1994. He is board certified in anesthesiology, and is a proud member of the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists and American Society of Anesthesiologists.
SCOTT MAXWELL, MD
Scott Maxwell joined Affiliated Anesthesiologists in 1992. He grew up in Alva, OK and received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern OK State University prior to attending medical school at OU. He did his anesthesiology residency at OU and was chief resident in his final year of training. He is Board Certified by the ABA and a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists as well as the Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists. He is a past president of the OSA. He and his wife have 4 grown children and one Granddaughter. His hobbies include golfing, traveling, and spoiling his Granddaughter.
MATTHEW MOORE, MD
Matt Moore joined Affiliated Anesthesiologists in 2020. He grew up in Woodward, Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University majoring in Physiology before attending OU for medical school. He completed his residency at University of Oklahoma Medical Center. He is board certified by the ABA and a proud member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists. Matt is married with 2 daughters. He enjoys sports, traveling, biking, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
TYLER OVERMAN, MD
Tyler Overman joined Affiliated Anesthesiologists in 2022 after completing his anesthesiology residency at The University of Oklahoma. He obtained his medical degree from The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. Tyler met his wife, Hannah, at Harding University in 2011. They got married right after graduation and now have 3 wonderful children. Tyler and Hannah grew up in Texas and Ohio, respectively, but have made Oklahoma home and are excited to settle here! Tyler enjoys traveling, playing games with his family, reading, and jiu jitsu
CHRISTA RYLANT, MD
Christa Rylant attended Oklahoma State University where she received a bachelor of science degree in both Microbiology and Cell and Molecular Biology. After undergraduate studies, she studied at the University of Oklahoma for medical school and continued at OU for her residency in Anesthesiology serving as Chief Resident her 4th year in residency. Dr Rylant lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and two children. She enjoys watching her children involved in many activities and loves to spend time outside of the hospital with family and friends.
BRADY SELIG, MD
Brady joined Affiliated Anesthesiologists in 2019. He is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. He grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Oklahoma State University majoring in Biochemistry before attending medical school at the University of Oklahoma. After medical school, he completed his residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Brady and his wife Alexa have one child, a son Karsten. He enjoys spending time with his wife, son, family, going to church, playing golf, and traveling.
BRETT SMITH, MD
Brett Smith grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma. He earned his medical degree from The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completed his residency training at The University of Kansas Medical Center in 2021. Brett lives in Oklahoma City with his dog, Millie. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, cooking and skiing.
EMILY TURNER, DO
My name is Emily Turner and just recently became Emily Coldiron! I was born and raised in Tulsa, OK. I am the middle of two sisters Erin and Sarah. I went to College at University of Oklahoma, Medical school at Oklahoma State University and residency at University of Texas Southwestern. I took a year off between College and Medical school to teach English and volunteer in a church hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I love scuba diving and have been diving since 2013 and have completed 170 dives. I met my husband in residency and we got married our first year out of residency! We both love living in Oklahoma and are grateful we have become associates at Affiliated Anesthesiologists.
WILLIAM WOOD, MD
William Wood joined Affiliated Anesthesiologists in 2017. He grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma for undergraduate and medical school. He completed his residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham, where he was voted Outstanding Senior Resident. William is board certified by the ABA and an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and Oklahoma Society of Anesthesiologists. He also has additional certifications in basic transesophageal echocardiography and medical quality. Since starting with Affiliated Anesthesiologists, William has served as Mercy Oklahoma City's Anesthesiology Section Chief and Chief of Surgery Department. William enjoys spending time with his two children and wife, as well as hunting, fishing, and cooking.
